Every story has a beginning, middle and end
Step 1 - Say AlohaThe Beginning
It all starts once you fill out the Contact Form with your details and your event details. Asia will respond soon thereafter with her availability and to offer a short complimentary consultation call to learn a little more about you and your vision. After the call she will provide a tailored proposal. When everyone is happy to move forward, your date will be booked with a 150€ deposit, and the Design Consultation will be scheduled.
Step 2 - Consultation & Finalizing the DesignThe Middle
During the Design Consultation Asia will meet you by video call or in-person in Galway city to talk more about your ideas and inspirations for your wedding. She will then go to work on designing and completing your order details.
While finalizing the design, Asia will consider everything about the event, including the whole mood board - colors, flowers & florist, stationary designs, table settings, the whole shabang - so that you will have an exclusively tailored cake & dessert table setup that will seamlessly compliment your celebration, and even add an extra wow-factor to the reception.Step 3 - The Big DayThe End
Have no worries before or on your big day - Asia will handle everything that she needs to do to perfectly set up the cake & dessert table, so that you don’t need to stress about it. Asia loves to make cakes and pastries because they fill people with joy, especially on special occasions. Her number one priority will be to make sure you and your guests feel all the joy possible from your event’s cake & dessert table.
Pricing & Payment
Asia Mahealani accepts a limited number of commissions each season, allowing her to devote the time, focus, and craftsmanship each celebration deserves. To secure your date, a deposit of 150 € is required.
Because every commission is entirely customized, final pricing will vary. Before booking, Asia offers a short complimentary introductory call to learn more about you, your celebration, and what you’re envisioning. From there, she will craft a tailored proposal and price range that reflects your unique design and desires. The best way to begin is by completing the Contact Form, sharing the key details of your event.
The remaining balance is due four weeks prior to your date—though you are welcome to finalise it sooner to ensure complete peace of mind.
As a guide, couples typically invest: 800 €–1,000 € for intimate celebrations, 1,000 €–1,800 € for elegantly impressive dessert moments, or 1,800 €–3,000 €+ for grand & opulent occasions.
