Asia offers a wide array of pastry options, working closely with you to craft a personalized menu that is entirely unique to your celebration. During your design consultation, she will immerse herself in your vision, bringing your mood board to life with a beautiful cake and dessert table that will make your sweetest dreams a reality.

Pastries

Cakes are layered with rich buttercream or velvety ganache, and adorned with homemade fillings. For the dessert table, she offers a variety of delightful options, including petits fours like macarons, cookies, and financiers, as well as candies and mini desserts, including choux pastry, tartelettes, and mousse verrines.

Asia loves working with all different flavors. Whether you desire classic flavors such as vanilla or chocolate, or if you prefer bold or Irish Heritage flavors such as hazelnut or woodruff, she is excited to create your perfect menu.

Every story has a beginning, middle and end

Step 1 - Say AlohaThe Beginning
It all starts once you fill out the Contact Form with your details and your event details. Asia will respond soon thereafter with her availability and to answer any of your questions. When everyone is happy to move forward, your date will be booked with a 150€ deposit, and the Design Consultation will be scheduled.
Step 2 - Consultation & Finalizing the DesignThe Middle
During the Design Consultation Asia will meet you by video call or in-person near Galway city to talk more about your ideas and inspirations for your wedding. She will then go to work on designing and completing your order details.

While finalizing the design, Asia will consider everything about the event, including the whole mood board - colors, flowers & florist, stationary designs, table settings, the whole shabang - so that you will have an exclusively tailored cake & dessert table setup that will seamlessly compliment your celebration, and even add an extra wow-factor to the reception.
Step 3 - The Big DayThe End
Have no worries before or on your big day - Asia will handle everything that she needs to do to perfectly set up the cake & dessert table, so that you don’t need to stress about it. Asia loves to make cakes and pastries because they fill people with joy, especially on special occasions. Her number one priority will be to make sure you and your guests feel all the joy possible from your event’s cake & dessert table.

Pricing & Payment

Asia Mahealani takes on a limited number of clients so that she may dedicate all the attention and time needed to deliver a deluxe service to each one of her clients. A deposit of 150€ is required to secure the date of your wedding or event.

The final price will take into account the intricacy of the design, flavors, delivery distance, and table styling. For intimate weddings, please expect to pay between 500€ and 1000€. For elegantly impressive weddings, please expect to pay between 800€ to 1800€. And for opulent weddings, please expect to pay between 1250€ to 2000€+.

Because every order is unique to each couple's desires the final prices will vary largely, and it is best to fill out the Contact Form with your details.

The balance of the final price must be paid by 4 weeks prior to the date, and can be paid earlier.
